Free shuttle for the Filberg Festival

Comox Taxi provided a $2 shuttle from points around Courtenay and free or by donation shuttle from the School to the Filberg grounds. This was an awesome festival. The proceeds raised benefitted the Comox Military Resource Centre and The LINC youth centre. A total of $471.00 was raised in donations in just two days of operations.

Good Job Comox Valley.

Vancouver Island Music Fest

Comox Taxi was responsible for the headliner performer shuttle. This meant picking up the stars (David Crosby, Jon Anderson, Alison Krauss w/Union Station & Holly Cole)

We also ran a free shuttle for all volunteers; this ran continuously throughout the entire weekend. It was estimated that we carried 1200 volunteers back and forth.

Lastly, Diane McEwan and Dave Smith were the Parking and Traffic co-coordinators.

August 12 & 13, 2011

The BIG TIME OUT

Comox Taxi provided a free shuttle for event goers. Our Airport shuttle bus travelled a continuous loop back and forth through Cumberland and the event held at Ash farm. Drivers donated their time and the bus was provided free of charge by the Company. Many travelers tipped the drivers and they thank you for your generosity.

It was a blast.

Comox Valley 1st Charity Golf Tournament

Comox Taxi was proud to host the 1st annual team charity Golf Tournament. This event benefits two great local organizations. Comox Military Family Resource Centre & The LINC Youth Centre. It was held on June 29th (Wednesday) at Glacier Greens.

Casey Campbell and Ty Wishart were both in attendance.
